An Experiential Career Counselling Program is a structured guidance system that helps individuals—especially students—explore career options through hands-on, practical experiences combined with psychometric assessments, mentorship, and real-world exposure. Unlike traditional counselling that relies on only verbal interaction or testing, experiential programs engage learners actively in real-life simulations, activities, workshops, and industry exposure.
Counsellor Visits
Designed for 8th to 12th grade students,engage with young unbiased counsellors. Eachstudent has a 1-1 session with a counsellor everyQuarter, refining their choices through Experiential Counselling.
Mentor Fair
Upto 18 mentors, 35+ Careers and 1 wholeday for parents and students to interact withyoung professionals to better understandthe realities of different career paths,ensuring a more informed decision whilechoosing a particular course.
